Booking & Payment
The calendar at the time of booking is displayed in each user’s local time. The price is shown in Japanese yen as I reside in Japan, and it will be automatically converted to the local currency during payment. For your convenience, a currency conversion tool is available at the top of the webpage.
If you can use PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or a Japanese bank account, you can also make reservations and payments directly with me (see the bottom of this page for details). It may also be possible to schedule a session for time slots unavailable for booking on the website if you reach out.

Booking and Lesson Guide
Process for Use:
Step 1: Make a Reservation and Purchase
1) The booking calendar displays times in your local time zone, and prices are converted to your local currency at the time of payment.
2) To complete a purchase, you'll need to create an account. Afterward, you can manage your orders and bookings through “My Page.”
3) After booking and payment are completed, you will receive an email with your booking details and a Zoom meeting link. These details are also available on “My Page”. (When network congestion occurs, it may take some time for the booking to be reflected.)
4) You can book multiple lessons at once using the “Add to Cart” feature.
Step 2: Join Your Lesson
When it’s time for your lesson, Click “Join Online” in “My bookings” to access the Zoom meeting. Alternatively, you can join using the Zoom link in the confirmation email.
Regarding the Zoom App:
Zoom has implemented security measures to prevent unauthorized access to meetings. Therefore, if you don’t have a Zoom account, you might not be able to join the meeting. We recommend installing Zoom, creating an account, and logging in before the day of your lesson.
Changing or Canceling Lessons:
You can change or cancel your lesson for free up to 12 hours before the lesson starts.
If you cancel within 12 hours of the lesson, it will be counted as one session used.
Refunds:
If you wish to request a refund within the free change/cancellation period, please contact lily@xinyachinese. Your request will be processed promptly.
Note: The "Cancel" action in "My Bookings" on My Page only cancels the reservation service and does not initiate a refund process.
If you can use PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or a Japanese bank account, you are welcome to arrange reservations and payments directly with Lily.
Steps:
1. Contact me to schedule your lesson. It's best to add me on LINE, so we can adjust the schedule through LINE chat. A Zoom meeting link will be sent to you afterward.
2. Make your payment by the day before the lesson.
3. Attend the lesson at the scheduled time.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
