Booking & Purchasing

You can easily book and purchase the lessons that you are interested in.
The calendar displays each user's local time during the booking process.

It will be automatically converted into the local currency at the time of payment.

Service titles are presented in the language of their respective potential target audience groups. Therefore, if you're an English speaker, kindly select services listed under "For English Speakers" below.

Residents of Japan and China can refer to "Usage Flow (Old)" to contact and make appointments with me directly. It may be possible to schedule a session for time slots unavailable for booking on the website if you reach out. 


Become our site member

You need an account to book lessons and purchase. After obtaining an account, you will have a Site member page (on the top right corner of screen) where you can manage the Payment, Bookings, or leave a comment on our Chinese blog (planned to open in the future).


Book and purchase lessons

* The calendar shows your local time when booking.

* You can book and purchase multiple lessons at once.

* Emails containing the information of receipt, reservation details, and meeting link will be automatically sent to you after the purchase is done.

* You can check your booking details in "My Booking" on the site member's page.


Join the lesson when it's time

* To join the lesson, Simply click "Open Meeting Link" in "My Bookings" on your site member page. Alternatively, you can use the link provided in the automatically sent email. 

* Please note that Zoom participation is free for all users. For optimal experience, we suggest installing the Zoom app, creating a Zoom account, and logging in before the scheduled lesson.


As I'll be in the UK from April to June, the schedule for this period is yet to be finalized. An update will follow in April.

Booking & Purchase

To help you attend the lessons more smoothly:

In order to make our lessons more smoothly:
①Zoom has security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access to meetings, so we recommend that you install Zoom, obtain an Zoom account, and log in before the lesson  
② Zoom is a very stable video calling tool, but if you have completed the steps in ① but still are still unable to connect, please let us know and we will take care of the problem as soon as possible.

Changing or canceling a lesson:

You can change or cancel your lesson free of charge up to 12 hours before the lesson starts (this can be done on your site member page).

Changing or canceling less than 12 hours prior to the lesson will be treated as one consumption.

About refunds: 

1) Policy

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for services that have already been used.
For unused portions, if you request a refund within the free change/cancellation deadline, we will respond promptly (within 3 business days).

2) Refund method
"Cancel" operation on the site member page is to cancel the booked lesson and is not a refund process.
If you wish to receive a refund, please contact us using the Refund Request form.
