Nice to meet you

I was born in Xiangyang, Hubei Province, a place rich in history. If you're familiar with the "Romance of the Three Kingdoms," you might recognize Xiangyang as the setting for the famous story of "Three Humble Visits to the Thatched Cottage (三顾茅庐)." In 2015, I moved to Japan to pursue graduate studies and have since made Tokyo my home. I return to China regularly, and visit other countries each year to engage with diverse cultures and perspectives.

My passion for Chinese literature was nurtured from a young age by my family, and I excelled in it throughout my school years. Since earning my International Chinese Teacher Certificate in 2012, I’ve been working as a professional Chinese language educator for over a decade.

With a deep commitment to teaching and years of hands-on experience, I tailor my approach to each student—respecting their individuality and supporting their unique learning needs. As a native Chinese speaker fluent in English and near-native in Japanese, I can guide learners in the language they feel most comfortable with, seamlessly switching between languages to enhance clarity and understanding.

My mission is to help learners gain confidence across languages and cultures, and to foster meaningful cross-cultural understanding. Learning a new language opens the door to a wider world—one full of diverse and enriching experiences. By breaking language barriers, we can connect across borders and build a more inclusive world. I would be honored to accompany you on your language learning journey.
