Notes on schedule changes and cancellations when using interpretation services
1. Interpreters in Tokyo:
1) For personal use, you can reschedule or cancel your interpretation free of charge up to 12 hours in advance.Changes or cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the price.
2) For corporate use, deferred payment is required. There is no charge for interpreting schedule changes or cancellations.
2. Overseas attendant interpreter:
・You can make changes or cancellations free of charge up to 3 days before the departure date (for example, if you are departing on January 4th, you can change or cancel until January 1st).
- From 3 days before the departure date to the day before departure: 50% of the advance payment will be required (for example, if departure is on January 4th, change or cancellation to January 2nd or 3rd).
・On the day of departure: 100% of the advance payment will be required (for example, if departure is on January 4th, changes/cancellations on January 4th).
Returns/Exchanges
1) Policy
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for services that have already been used.
For unused portions, if you request a refund within the free change/cancellation deadline, we will respond promptly (within 3 business days).
2) Refund method
If you have reserved or purchased a lesson online, clicking "Cancel" on the membership page is canceling the reservation service and is not a refund.
