Payment period
For payments made by credit card, LINE Pay, PayPay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, or PayPal, the payment will be confirmed at the time of order.
For bank transfers, your reservation will be confirmed after payment has been received.
Timing of product delivery or service provision
You can use it immediately after confirming your payment.
Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
For Lessons
You may reschedule or cancel your lesson free of charge via your My Page up to 12 hours before the lesson starts.
If the cancellation is made less than 12 hours in advance, it will count as one session.
If you wish to request a refund within the free change/cancellation period, please contact us at lily@xinyachinese.com. We will respond promptly.
For Interpretation Services
Interpretation schedules can be changed or canceled free of charge up to 72 hours before the start time.
For changes or cancellations made 72 to 24 hours in advance, 50% of the fee will be charged.
For those made within 24 hours, the full fee will be charged.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
