Timing of product delivery or service provision

You can use it immediately after confirming your payment.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds for Lessons:

Schedule Changes and Cancellations:

You can change or cancel your lesson free of charge up to 12 hours before it starts.

If you change or cancel within 12 hours of the lesson, it will be counted as one session used.

Refunds:

If you wish to request a refund within the free change/cancellation period, please contact lily@xinyachinese. We will handle your request promptly.

Note: Performing the "Cancel" operation in "My Bookings" on My Page only cancels the reservation and does not initiate the refund process.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds for Interpretation Services:

Schedule Changes and Cancellations:

1. Interpretation Services Within Tokyo:

  1. For personal use, you can change or cancel the interpretation schedule free of charge up to 12 hours in advance.  If you request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of the scheduled time, a 50% fee will be charged.

  2. For corporate use, a post-payment system is applied. Changes or cancellations of the interpretation schedule are free of charge.

2. Overseas Accompaniment Interpretation:

  • Changes or cancellations can be made free of charge up to 3 days before the departure date (e.g., for departure on January 4th, changes or cancellations are free until January 1st).

  • From 3 days before the departure date to the day before departure: A 50% fee of the prepayment will be charged (e.g., for departure on January 4th, changes or cancellations made on January 2nd or 3rd will incur a 50% fee).

  • On the day of departure: A 100% fee of the prepayment will be charged (e.g., for departure on January 4th, changes or cancellations made on January 4th will incur a 100% fee).

Refunds:

Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not available for services already used.

         Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
